Warrington Wolves have confirmed the signing of centre Jacob Gagai on a two-year deal ahead of the 2027 season. The 30-year-old becomes the club's fourth addition of the transfer window after halfback Brodie Croft and prop duo Toby Crosby and Mitchell Prest.
Gagai joins from Huddersfield Giants, where he has spent two seasons at the Accu Stadium. In 51 games for the Giants, the centre has scored 24 tries and established himself as one of Super League's most destructive attacking players.
Career background
The centre progressed through the NSW and Queensland Cup ranks before making his NRL debut for South Sydney Rabbitohs in 2024. He featured 17 times for the Bunnies, scoring seven tries, before moving to the Betfred Super League.

"It is an honour to know I'll be starting my new chapter over here with a great club," Gagai said. "My family and I are super excited about it and I can't wait to get started. I'm very keen to meet the boys and staff, and to be doing everything I can to hopefully do my bit in bringing some more success to the club."

Gagai will be sponsored by PH Financial Planning in 2027. He will play at the Halliwell Jones Stadium from next season.
